A native Berliner, Tatjana Philipp cut her teeth pattern making for OBSCUR, Haider Ackermann and Cedric Jacquemyn after studying at the esteemed Esmod Berlin.
Perfectly constructed garments are the core of Tatjana’s brand which attribute to her refined aesthetic. Sleek silhouettes interlace sharp tailoring with organic draping to create garments that are as much pieces of art as they are wearable. Natural fibres and detailed finishes enrich her minimalistic work, creating pieces that are timeless and elegant just like the austere architecture and industrial music that Tatjana draws her inspiration from.
Experimental soundscapes set the scene for Tatjana’s Spring/Summer 19 collection where sculptural leather jackets and vests are moulded into sinuous shapes, complementing the fluid, sylphlike dresses. Utilitarian trousers contrast ethereal blouses, and coats and corset belts unite traditional tailoring with a feminine touch.
