SHIPPING AND RETURNS

DHL and DHL EXPRESS are our official shipping partners for national and international shipments. The shipping time from receipt of order depends on your place of residence, see table below.

Of course we will try to ship your chosen garments as soon as possible.
All orders are dispatched with care from our store in Berlin. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

1. SHIPPING

The delivery time and costs depend on your location and the amount of your order.

International shipments may be subject to local taxes and customs duties. We do not cover these costs.

Outside the EU we only offer DHL Express shipping, see the table below for costs.

Due to the current situation with the second wave of Covid-19 all shipping providers remain open to the fact that there can be delays at the moment. The laws and restrictions are changing kind of every day at the moment in Europe but we will make sure to keep you updated at all times if this might affect our orders.

When you add your desired product to the cart, the postage cost and shipping details to your chosen land will automatically be added.

2. RETURNS

You have the right to return the goods received by post within 14 days without giving any reason. Within the EU, the return is free of charge. Outside the EU, you will unfortunately have to bear the costs. To receive a return label, please write us an email to:

Products must be unused and in their original condition. The item must be in the original packaging. Custom-made pieces are excluded from returns.

3. SHIPMENT TRACKING

You receive a shipping confirmation via
E-mail as soon as your package leaves our store. With your shipping confirmation you will receive a DHL tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your order online. Please use the link provided in the e-mail.

4. LOSS OF A PACKAGE

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after the shipping confirmation, please contact us.
