DHL EXPRESS is our official partner for national and also international shipments. The calculated packaging period is an estimated time of 1-6 business days upon receipt of the order, depending on your location. The exact delivery time will be calculated during the checkout process as soon as you type in your full adresse.

Of course we will try to ship your chosen garments as soon as possible.
All orders are dispatched with care from our store in Berlin. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.


The delivery time and costs depend on your location and the amount of your order. Local taxes and custom fees may apply to international shipments.

Due to the current situation with the second wave of Covid-19 all shipping providers remain open to the fact that there can be delays at the moment. The laws and restrictions are changing kind of every day at the moment in Europe but we will make sure to keep you updated at all times if this might affect our orders.

When you add your desired product to the cart, the postage cost and shipping details to your chosen land will automatically be added.


You have the right to return the received products free of charge without reason within 14 days by post. For orders in the EU you will find a return label in your package. For international orders please write a mail to customercare@tatjanaphilipp.de

Products must be unused and in their original condition. The item must be in the original packaging. Custom-made pieces are excluded from returns.

You receive a shipping confirmation via
E-mail as soon as your package leaves our store. With your shipping confirmation you will receive a DHL tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your order online. Please use the link provided in the e-mail.
